A privately owned start-up company based in New York is looking for a highly skilled financial analyst / business consulting intern to conduct a financial and strategy business case analysis. The intern will work directly for the founder of the firm, who is also the co-founder of a large private equity money management firm in NYC. The project is independent of the private equity firm but will entail substantial interaction with and guidance from the private equity firm founder as well as management of the start-up company.

The intern will be provided with financial research and guidance and will synthesize data to research the feasibility of a very exciting startup business in the food industry.
