We are looking for a Journalism-PR internship that will be oriented on writing press releases, press kits and press books, as well as pitches. Creative writing oriented to different media outlets so knowledge of writing from different angles is required. Also will be in charge of writing a blog post twice a week.

Schedule is possible 2days a week from 10 to 2 and 3 to 6 or 4days a week Monday to Thursday from 10 to 2.

College Credit

In coordination with surrounding universities and colleges, EIC will provide an unpaid fall, winter, spring and/or summer internship with college credit and reimbursements for local travel expenses, if applicable. We are a boutique music management company and record label in Los Angeles. We can guarantee a solid, fun, hands-on interning experience. This isn't only about filing paperwork and answering phones.

Interns must have:

-An interest in music management and/or background in music engineering/production (We prefer someone with knowledge and some experience as we have quite a few projects in various degrees of production and touring bands)

-Basic computer software knowledge and be technologically savvy, i.e. comfortable maintaining and updating social media sites, updating excel sheets, etc.

- A positive attitude and is polite, well-mannered, energetic, and willing to work hard. Things are constantly changing, so we need someone who is self-motivated, creative, adaptable, and project/team-oriented.

Days and times are flexible based on school schedule. Although, we do ask for two days (hours open) a week to keep our interns involved and to keep consistency in our office.
