Branding Internship Description: The Iconic Group LLC is looking for an Intern to assist with the organizations Branding and Media Arts communication outreach efforts. The Iconic Group LLC is a cutting edge niche branding agency that works to create powerhouse brands for clientele. Through branding, marketing, publicity, and advertising the intern will learn, cultivate and demonstrate their understanding through seamless brand creation.

This program provides creative professionals with real world experience in a creative agency. We are a young and forward-thinking team and we consider interns to be an integral part of our organization. You will get the chance to take on a variety of projects and really see your ideas implemented. The Iconic Group Part-time, Unpaid Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate all branding and marketing services successfully

• Plan and Execute a Branding project for The Iconic Group with tangible impact on the marketplace

• Participate in the development of new ideas, re-stages, product development, line extensions and advertising

• Participate in the development and evaluation of creative executions, including packaging and promotion

• Prepare analysis of business, consumer and competitive needs

• Participate in the analysis of market research results

• Understand the financial operations of a brand (P&L, advertising spend, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Have a creative mindset and understand the process of advertising & marketing

• Outgoing and Energetic with excellent interpersonal skills

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Discretion and a professional demeanor; sound judgment

• Strong communications skills

• Highly organized; keen attention to detail

• Learn, Understand & Apply all Publicity Tools to ensure brand success

Responsibilities:

• Assist with digital marketing, communications campaigns, and organization

• Understand and Implement The Iconic Group 360 Digital Intelligence Marketing Operation

• Bring graphic design knowledge to assist in creation of digital assets for The Iconic Group properties and campaigns

• Manage Social Media profiles for clientele

• Update Blog with digital assets as necessary

• Attend Networking Events and assist in The Iconic Group events as necessary

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a website and/or blog as well as social media presence

• A passion for social media – be personally active online and interested in the latest platforms and social nets

• Digital design knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Tech experience – experience with website content management systems is a plus

• Ability to work in an energetic atmosphere and take direction
