The Web Design Intern will partner with strategists and designers to create web and mobile experiences to improve customer engagement online. The individual will have exposure to campaign planning and optimization techniques to increase paid media performance, specifically paid search. We’re looking for a curious individual who can think critically and is interested in learning how and why designs are or are not working

Web Designer Intern Qualifications:
· Interest in web design and usability standards, user centered design principles, information architecture, user experience strategies and consumer behavior
· Must be a detail oriented problem solver
· Able to work independently or collaboratively
· Technical
o Expertise with the entire Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop and Illustrator, web design and development principles
o Understanding of web technologies, including but not limited to: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ActionScript. Flash is a bonus
· Strong organization and time management skills
· Team player and can-do attitude
