This internship will focus on research in these areas, and particularly maritime history to assist in a new exhibition, building reports and other project based initiatives. Interns may also work on inventorying the collection, documenting furnishing plans, working on a department blog and assisting with regular collections care. The internship will include a project focusing on the digitization of the collection. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in research and architecture and possess photography and writing skills. Interest in maritime history, shipbuilding, commercial fishing and waterfront communities preferred.

Work You’ll Do

As a Cyber Risk Intern, you will partner with our clients to design and implement solutions that integrate Neoscope’s security processes, technologies, and training program so each client can achieve business growth and manage their reputational risks. You’ll build on your Information Technology and Business skills to design and implement business-aligned cyber risk management processes that help clients focus their investments on key information technology risks. Specific areas of work could include:

• managing system and software vulnerabilities;

• conducting and remediating vulnerability scans;

• provide support to antivirus and antimalware alerts within our client base;

• authoring cybersecurity articles for publication to our client base;

• learn and participate in cyber incident response skills;
