DDB New York Description

DDB New York is currently looking for college level interns to participate in the 3rd year of “The Brave”, our agency internship launch pad. The program will begin June 4 2018 through August 10th.

The internship will last for ten weeks, with the possibility of end of term renewal and full time or freelance hire. The Brave is a paid internship and will expose students and recent graduates to agency life with client and pro-bono work in a structured setting with mentorship as the driving force.

We are looking for the following positions:

Account Executives: Act as a link between the agency and its clients. You’ll be responsible for assisting in the coordination of client and in house campaigns. You will provide administrative and campaign work to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.

Strategists: Help gather, define, and clarify the insights that drive a campaign’s creative solutions. You will help conduct research, stakeholder interviews, brainstorming sessions, select appropriate frameworks, tools and approaches to use in solving client problems

Producers: Assist in the overseeing of the production and delivery of DDB’s agency and client work. You will organize and help manage the process of turning creative ideas into tangible outputs across a variety of media.

Graphic Designers & Art Directors: Assist and work on various elements of client projects. Per each assessment, you will determine how best to represent a concept visually, decide which photographs, art, or other design elements to use and help develop the overall look or style of a publication, advertising campaign, or theater, television, or film set

Copywriters: Work alongside an art director partner on client briefs to conceive, develop and produce effective advertising campaigns. Focus on providing the written words (‘copy’) for an advertising campaign, including creating headlines, slogans, catchphrases, and body copy.

The Vine Publishing is small startup company in the midst of major a transformation and one of the things that we must do is update our website. As such, we are in need of a part-time talented Website/Graphic Designer intern with front-end and/or back-end coding experience to customize our WordPress template. Since this is a virtual position, the intern must be self motivated and able to work independently . We are looking for an intern who not only loves web design, but one who is creative, artistic and has graphic-design skill . The intern must be also be proficient in creating interactive web designs, and knowledgeable of browser-compatibility issues. As your skills grow your responsibilities will increase. Preference will be given to web builders who are also graphic designers.
