Technology Associates partners with government and commercial agencies that require development of systems, such as communication systems, asset management, network deployment and engineering services, power and energy management solutions, portal applications, command and control, and geospatial information systems (GIS) to operate more efficiently and profitably.
Technology Associates is seeking a temporary, part-time (approximately 10 hours per week) Business Coordinator to work out of our Stafford, Virginia location. Currently, this position is for an approximate 12 week assignment.
Technology Associates Part-time, Paid Responsibilities
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a Master Document Library
Work in a collaborative environment
Maintain Business Development Opportunity Pipeline data
Report timely and accurate Pipeline information, to include assessment of Pipeline health
Assist in developing BD market research reports in support of Pipeline/Market pursuits
Assist in the development, initiation, and updating of all BD processes, to include Decision Reviews.

Technology Associates Part-time, Paid Requirements
While candidate with a BA/BS Degree are preferred, strong candidates currently pursuing a BA/BS Degree will be considered.
Bachelor's Degree (or pursuing a Bachelor's degree).
Extremely proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel (emphasis on Excel).
Must be able to develop and manipulate spreadsheets, to include formulas and calculations.
Must be familiar with creating and updating Pivot Tables.
Must be familiar with creating and updating “Dash-Boards,” to include graphs and charts.
Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint.
Must be familiar with establishing a SharePoint site.
Must be capable of uploading data into a SharePoint site.
Must be capable of performing configuration management of SharePoint site data.
Ability to work out of the Stafford, Virginia Technology Associates office.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project is a plus.
