– Create content for & post to social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Website/Blog)

– Increase page visits, page views, and audience engagement with social media posts by 50% week over week

– Prepare Weekly Social Media Performance Report detailing weekly activity, performance of posts, impact on audience growth & engagement, recommendations for improvement, and plan for following week’s posting activity

– Create and participate in ongoing strategy for innovative ways to grow fans and followers across your assigned social media channel(s)

– Must be able to comply with the 24-hour nature of studio operations

– Strong writing skills; understanding of social media best practices

– Proficient with Hootsuite and other social media posting tools

– Possess a basic understanding of marketing, digital marketing, content marketing

– Passionate about creating content that grows fan engagement and audience interaction

– Have reliable transportation, current valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance
