Bre.ad is an emerging social media marketing company based in Palo Alto, CA and New York City. Our patent-pending technology allows influencers to promote their personal brands and causes online via social media. Bre.ad was created by a talented team with experience at Google, Ning and Salesforce and will be launching in the Spring of 2011.

As a Graphic Design Intern for the Bre.ad team, you have to be a rockstar. You will be responsible for various design projects and will work with Bre.ad team members to create sleek and accurate brand designs for our corporate and celebrity clients.

The ideal candidate for this internship should possess a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, some knowledge or feel comfortable with HTML and CSS, excellent visual design skills, expertise in designing for the Web, and a willingness to learn and develop one’s talents on the job.

In essence, you have to be an awesome Graphic Design Intern. You are a self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly changing environment, and you have a strong desire to learn. What you get from your internship will depend on you and how much you put into it.

Drive creative web projects from start to finish, collaborating with core Engineering, Marketing, and Senior Management

Bread Labs, Inc 2 Part-time, Unpaid Requirements

-Experience designing and implementing websites with a strong knowledge of graphic editing and optimization
-Expert in user-centric and data-driven design
-Basic HTML/CSS skills with solid knowledge of usability, accessibility and cross browser issues.
-Experience with Photoshop
-Object oriented programming experience (C/C++, Java, Grails, ROR, Python) is a huge plus
