Arrive Systems is a manufacturer of video collaboration, media presentation and room reservation technology solutions. USA operations, located in Cypress, California is currently looking for qualified individuals for the position of Technical Operations Support Specialist. This position will report directly to the Senior Technical Support Engineer and will work under the direct supervision of the Chief Collaboration Officer.

Arrive Systems 2 Part-time, Paid Responsibilities

Tasks and Duties:

• Product warehousing & distribution

• Warehouse maintenance & organization

• Inventory control & tracking

• Light product assembly, configuration & testing

• Technical support for distributors & end-users

Arrive Systems 2 Part-time, Paid Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of software, database management, cloud, LAN/WAN and internet communications

• Background in network architecture models

• Knowledge of operating systems, computer components and peripherals

• Ability to read and follow instructions / operation manuals

• Skilled in operation of a variety of office devices

• Problem analysis, solving and troubleshooting skills

• Experience in maintaining data records and filing systems

• Ability to work efficiently and independently

• Should be able to respond to customers promptly and professionally

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
